Alcohol-fuelled sleep "less satisfying"
According to researchers, taking alcohol before bedtime can fragment your period of sleep, doing that you can suffer from insomnia.
doctor Ebrahim says that we have to control the doses of alcohol that we drink because it can help if we drink two glasses before going to bed to a better rest, but if it became a rutine, it could became also a big problem.
After all, even if there are different themes, we always fall into the same conclusion:
humans are obsess with things that we like, we don't use the intelligence and we are led by our nature.
A nature which tends to extremes and that leads us to want more and more without restrictions.
The moderation is not to reach of human nature.
We have to use intelligence to ration and be able to introduce the concept of moderation in our brain so we can get to a balance and,
in this way, not fall on mental problems and obsessions as could be drink.
